AI Pong Clash by Highapps
Android (package am.highapps.aipong)
Last updated: 13 September 2026

This policy describes how Highapps (“we”) handles information in the AI Pong Clash Android app (am.highapps.aipong). AI Pong Clash is a free arcade game supported by ads. It is Android-only. It does not require an account. Bluetooth multiplayer is optional.

We do not operate our own user database, login, or game server. We do not require a name, email, or phone number to use the app. There is no global leaderboard.

What the app does

Information we do not collect

AI Pong Clash does not ask for, and the app does not read:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not upload scores, settings, Bluetooth device lists, or match state to a Highapps server.

Data stored on your device

The following stays on the phone unless Android backs the app up:

Motion-sensor readings are used live to move the paddle. They are not saved by Highapps or sent to our servers.

Android stores preferences in the app’s private storage (ping_pong_pref). Uninstalling the app, or clearing app storage, deletes them. If the device uses Android backup, those preferences may be included in your backup and restored if you reinstall (allowBackup is enabled).

Bluetooth multiplayer (optional)

Local two-player matches use a Bluetooth connection between nearby devices. You can ignore this feature and play against the AI without granting Bluetooth (or location) permission.

When you use multiplayer, the app may:

Nearby-device details and match state are not uploaded to Highapps. Location permission on older Android versions is used only to enable Bluetooth discovery, not to map or track you. On Android 12 and later, Bluetooth scan is declared as not used for location (neverForLocation).

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. The app requests internet access and the Android Advertising ID for this purpose. After consent allows ads, you may see:

The app does not show rewarded ads.

In regions where Google’s consent messages apply (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), AI Pong Clash shows Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) form before requesting ads. Ads are loaded only when that form allows it (canRequestAds). Personalized advertising follows the choices you make there and in your device’s ad settings. If a privacy-options entry point is required, Privacy Settings appears in the main-menu overflow so you can change those choices later.

Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction data to serve and measure ads. That processing is governed by Google’s policies, not by a Highapps server.

Analytics and crash reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics is started when the app launches so we can keep the product stable and understand usage. Crashlytics is enabled so we can diagnose failures. Google may also receive device and network metadata typical of those SDKs (for example IP address, device model, OS version, app version).

Typical data includes:

The app code does not send your scores, AI difficulty, paddle-control setting, or Bluetooth match data to Firebase as named custom events. Those values stay on the device (or on the Bluetooth link) unless Google’s SDKs include them incidentally (they should not).

Permissions

The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or access to your photo library.

Sharing and links

Children

On Google Play, AI Pong Clash is rated IARC 3+ / Everyone and is listed as committed to the Play Families Policy. It is a general-audience arcade game. It does not require an account.

Highapps does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Play listing is marked Contains ads. Those ads are served by Google AdMob and may process an advertising identifier as described in this policy. Where required, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform so users (or parents using the device) can make ads and privacy choices. Device parental controls can further limit ads and app use.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact us and we will help as far as the third-party consoles allow.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to withdraw consent, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data held by Google should be requested from Google. For this app, email us and we will help where we can.

Security

Traffic to Google (ads, analytics, crashes) uses encrypted connections provided by those SDKs. On-device preferences stay in the app’s private storage. Bluetooth match data stays on the connection between the two devices. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.

Google may process data on servers outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy for the safeguards it uses.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. We do not send in-game legal notices; this page is the official policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
