Delete your StopSpot data

StopSpot by HighApps
Android and iOS (package / bundle ID am.highapps.stopspot)
Contact: highapps2019@gmail.com

StopSpot has no account and does not ask for your name or email. Most of its data never leaves your phone. This page explains how to delete each kind, and how to ask us to delete what was sent. The full details are in the privacy policy.

1. Data on your phone

Your stop point, your settings, the small brightness thumbnail used to notice if the phone was moved, the rating-prompt counters and, only if you turned on Developer options, the measurement log are kept only on the phone. Camera images and plate text are never stored.

This deletes all of it at once, on the phone itself.

2. Stop sending crash reports and usage statistics

In StopSpot, open Settings › Privacy and legal and turn off Share crash reports and usage statistics. Nothing more is sent to Google Firebase while it is off.

3. Ask us to delete what was already sent

Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) are tied only to a random ID for one installation of the app, not to your name or contact details. To have them deleted, email highapps2019@gmail.com with the subject StopSpot data deletion, and tell us:

We reply within 30 days. We delete every crash report and usage record we can match to your installation; we may ask for a detail that helps us find it. Feedback emails you sent us are deleted on request too.
